Job Description

looking for a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from planning through completion. This person will coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project requirements.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in electrical construction, technical project management, or commercial contracting who enjoys managing multiple moving parts and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

Manage electrical construction projects from kickoff through completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with field supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Monitor project progress and address scheduling, labor, material, and cost issues.

Review project plans, specifications, submittals, and design changes.

Track project costs, billing, change orders, and overall financial performance.

Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.

Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.

Identify potential project risks and work with the team to resolve issues.

Maintain strong client relationships and support successful project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing electrical construction, commercial construction, or technical projects.

Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and competing priorities.

Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, and technical documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling or project management tools.

Electrical construction or low-voltage systems experience is a plus.

A degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, depending on experience.
