We are looking for Associate Product Engineers who are early in their careers but serious about becoming exceptional. This is a full-time role, not a training program — but we invest heavily in the people who join at this level. You will work on real products, alongside experienced engineers, with direct exposure to US healthcare clients. What we expect in return is ownership, hunger, and a relentless drive to grow. You are expected to take initiative, ask smart questions, learn from every sprint, and progressively take on more responsibility. If you wait to be told what to do, this is not the right environment for you. If you thrive on challenges, move fast, and want to build a career in product engineering — we want to hear from you.
What You Will Work On
- Backend development with Node.js / NestJS — REST APIs, authentication, database design.
- Frontend development with React (TypeScript) — component architecture, state management, UI patterns.
- Mobile development with React Native — cross-platform app structure, navigation, and device APIs.
- Database fundamentals — PostgreSQL, schema design, query optimization, and migrations.
- Healthcare domain essentials — HIPAA basics, PHI handling, clinical workflow concepts, and US healthcare SaaS standards.
- AI-assisted development — practical use of Cursor and Claude Code as daily coding tools.
- Product mindset — how to read a PRD, write acceptance criteria, flag ambiguity, and own a feature end-to-end.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need years of experience. You need the right fundamentals, the right attitude, and a hunger to grow fast. Specifically:
- A Computer Science or Software Engineering degree (or equivalent demonstrable knowledge).
- Basic familiarity with web or mobile development — even through side projects, internships, or self-study.
- Ability to learn independently: when you are stuck, you research, you experiment, and you ask smart questions.
- Basic familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Genuine curiosity about how products are built and how users experience them — not just how code works.
What We Expect From You
- Full commitment to the role — on-site, on time, fully engaged from day one.
- Complete all assigned modules, features, and sprints to a high standard — quality over speed, always.
- Communicate blockers clearly and proactively — do not go silent when stuck.
- Participate in peer reviews, daily standups, and weekly assessments.
- Demonstrate ownership: treat every task and feature like real production work, because it is.
Growth & Progression
- Technical progress: demonstrated proficiency across the stack by week 8.
- Code quality: clean, readable, well-structured output with good habits.
- Product mindset: can you understand a requirement, ask the right questions, and deliver the right thing?
- Professional conduct: reliability, communication, punctuality, and team contribution.
If this sounds like the environment you thrive in — we’d like to hear from you.
