Transportation Driver – Adult Day Care Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Transportation Driver, providing safe, reliable transportation while helping individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their community. Qualifications

Fluent in English Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Full, valid Massachusetts driver's license held for at least two years Valid vehicle registration and insurance 2 years of experience driving a 14-passenger van/bus or providing passenger transportation preferred Must pass required background check and drug screening prior to hire Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator

What You'll Do

Safely transport older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities between their homes, the day center, appointments, and community programs Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting the vehicle Complete daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance or service needs Support day program staff with participant care, activities, meals, and general assistance
