Key Result Areas and Activities:
Client Engagement & Delivery Coordination –
Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of multiple projects and initiatives.
Requirements & Solution Alignment –
Facilitate requirements gathering, translate business needs into actionable plans, and align delivery outcomes with client objectives.
Technical Leadership & Issue Resolution –
Leverage Databricks expertise to guide solution design, resolve technical bottlenecks, and support architecture and implementation discussions.
Executive Stakeholder Management –
Engage with business and executive leadership to provide delivery updates, discuss roadmaps, and drive strategic alignment.
Offshore Delivery Partnership –
Collaborate closely with distributed teams to ensure quality, timelines, governance, and successful project delivery.
Account Growth & Business Development –
Support the Account Director in identifying growth opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client relationship.
AI Innovation & Consulting –
Propose, demonstrate, and implement AI Agentic and advanced analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.
Work and Technical
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve delivery risks and dependencies
Understanding of data engineering, analytics, and cloud-native architectures
Ability to identify and position AI and data-driven transformation opportunities
Desirable Skills
Working knowledge of Power BI reporting and semantic models
Exposure to AI Agents, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions
Experience supporting account growth, pre-sales, and solution consulting engagements
10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics delivery, consulting, or technology leadership roles
Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Databricks or modern cloud data platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Cloud Data Architecture are an added advantage.
