About the role

At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

What you’ll do

Own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking

Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments

Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions

Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding

Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature)

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes

What you need

2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience

Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously

Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner

The ability to work with the latest technologies

Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment

Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through

College degree preferred , but not required
