Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR for Business Development & Key Account Management in snack manufacturing. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients in the premium snacks and functional food sector. Day-to-day tasks include managing and growing key accounts, maintaining long-term client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as product development, operations, and regulatory to ensure client needs are met. The position involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. The individual will be responsible for meeting revenue targets, representing SANY at industry events, and supporting continuous improvement in customer service and business development processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decisions.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage key accounts, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and business development capabilities to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and grow the client base.

Candidates should have proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within food, beverage, nutrition, or FMCG industries and understanding of P&L

Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Candidates should have proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software; experience with sales reporting and pipeline management is beneficial.

Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field, or have equivalent at least 3 years sales and business experience in private label manufacturing.
