About the Role
Texinity is hiring for a Technical Writer in Remote/Hybrid, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, help articles, and step-by-step tutorials.
- Write clear, structured documentation explaining product features, workflows, and platform functionality.
- Develop website content that communicates technical products and their capabilities effectively.
- Understand technical concepts and translate them into content that both technical and non-technical users can understand.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain consistency in writing style, terminology, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Strong background in technical writing, content writing, documentation, or a related field.
- Excellent written English, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, including REST APIs/endpoints, integrations, and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with SaaS products, software platforms, and product documentation.
- Ability to organize complex information into clear, easy-to-follow guides.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating documentation for SaaS products or web-based platforms.
- Familiarity with knowledge bases, help centers, and user documentation tools.
- Experience writing website copy for technology products.
- A portfolio of technical documentation, user guides, or relevant writing samples.
