Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (Packaging)
Ridgewood, NJ | On-site | $75k to $85k + strong benefits
Our client is a family-owned international packaging manufacturer that supplies packaging to some of the world’s biggest consumer brands. Their US team near Ridgewood is growing, and they need someone to manage a portfolio of existing customers.
If you work in customer service or inside sales at a manufacturer or distributor and want a role where you actually help grow accounts, this one’s worth a look.
What you’ll do
Be the main point of contact for a group of existing customer accounts
Handle quotes, pricing, orders and delivery updates in SAP
Spot chances to sell more into those accounts, working with the outside sales team
Work with production, planning and logistics to keep customers informed on lead times and any issues
Suggest better ways of working, including where AI tools or automation could cut out manual admin
What you’ll bring
2+ years in customer service, inside sales or sales support in manufacturing, distribution or B2B
SAP or another ERP system
Confidence on the phone and email
Organized, accurate and proactive
Curiosity about technology (no AI expertise needed)
What’s on offer
$75k to $85k base
