Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Our client is seeking a bilingual Front Desk Associate to provide excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and organized front desk environment, assisting with attendance and payment tracking, and supporting daily program operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both families and staff in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist parents, youth, visitors, and members in a professional and friendly manner.

Monitor the front desk, verify IDs, and ensure youth are properly signed out by authorized individuals.

Communicate with staff regarding pickups, emergencies, and announcements using a walkie-talkie.

Maintain accurate attendance and member counts and report information to the Site Coordinator.

Collect payments and accurately complete daily transaction records.

Maintain organized files, confidential records, and a clean, professional front desk area.

Assist with general administrative tasks and youth supervision as needed.

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English ; must be able to read, write, and speak both languages.

Previous customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Ability to handle payments, records, and confidential information accurately.
