Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Promoter to represent and promote quartz surfaces and related products. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and kitchen dealers while increasing product awareness and driving sales growth.

Key

Responsibilities

Promote quartz surfaces and related products to prospective and existing customers.

Build relationships with builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers through regular visits.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customer sales teams.

Maintain customer records, track sales activities, and prepare reports.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and product seminars.

Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.

Ensure customers have adequate product samples and promotional materials.

Support brand visibility through targeted marketing and advertising initiatives.

Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.

Experience in the stone, tile, flooring, or building materials industry is an advantage.

Retail merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers.

Good problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of urgency.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Familiarity with smartphones, iPads, and other mobile devices.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Willingness to travel up to 50%.
