Our client, an established private investment firm/family office based in the Greenwich, CT area is seeking an Office Manager/EA to join their team.

This is a long-term-minded firm with a clear mission of building great companies, offering close exposure to senior leadership and a direct reporting line to the CFO. It is a strong next step for an experienced administrative professional who wants to be part of a high performing firm with top notch culture.

Position highlights

· $115-$130k salary plus 10-15% target bonus

Fully in-office role with a 7:30am-4:30pm schedule

Key Responsibilities
Review and process team expense reports, checking amounts against receipts and policy
Make sure expenses are coded accurately to the right categories and accounts
Support the day-to-day running of a busy office
Greet visitors and cover the front desk
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Keep the office tidy and well organized
Manage calendars and help arrange calls and meetings
Order and stock office supplies and pantry items
Coordinate team meal orders
Assist with travel arrangements for senior team members, including managing directors and heads of investor relations and operations

Qualifications

· 10-25 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's or associate's degree is a plus, with a background in the financial sector
Proactive, personable and detail-oriented team player who multitasks well and communicates clearly
Concur, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and travel booking experience required
