We are working with an established architectural practice seeking an experienced
Senior Architectural Project Manager
to join its team in Montgomery, Alabama.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior architectural professional with a strong background in
K-12 Education, Higher Education, and/or Healthcare projects
to lead significant projects, build client relationships, and work collaboratively with talented design and engineering teams.
Key
Lead architectural projects from initial design through construction completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and overall delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Ensure technical quality, building code compliance, and project objectives are achieved.
Mentor team members and contribute to business development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Approximately 10–15+ years of architectural experience, including significant project management responsibility.
Experience delivering projects within K-12 Education, Higher Education, and/or Healthcare.
Good knowledge of US building codes, technical documentation, and construction administration.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
Licensed Architect preferred, with Alabama registration or eligibility for registration through reciprocity an advantage.
