Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consumer Support Executive role based in Johar Town. The Consumer Support Executive will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from individuals seeking legal assistance, guiding them through the process of hiring lawyers and accessing paralegal services. The role includes explaining platform services, answering questions about legal resources and election-related information, and ensuring that consumers are supported in a clear, respectful, and professional manner. Daily tasks involve responding to phone calls, messages, and in-person queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The Consumer Support Executive will also help improve FAQs, support materials, and feedback processes to enhance overall consumer experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and Urdu, and the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professional handling of sensitive legal inquiries.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple consumer requests efficiently.
Candidates should possess basic technology and office skills, such as using computers, productivity tools, communication applications, and CRM or helpdesk systems.
Candidates should possess an interest in the legal sector, elections, and public information, with the willingness to learn key concepts related to legal services in Pakistan.
Relevant experience in consumer support, call centers, helpdesk, or client-facing roles is preferred; prior exposure to legal, paralegal, or public service environments is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: intermediate or bachelor’s degree in any field; studies in law, social sciences, or related disciplines are a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Johar Town during standard business hours and collaborate respectfully with a diverse team.
