We’re seeking a
Nurse Manager (RN)
with behavioral health experience to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across multiple clinic locations. If you're passionate about developing teams, promoting quality patient care, and making a meaningful difference, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead, mentor, and support nursing teams across multiple clinic locations
Promote high-quality, patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
Oversee staffing, personnel management, team performance, and budgeting
Support compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and operational standards
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Foster a positive work environment and contribute to the growth of clinical programs
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
