Who You Are

You are a culturally fluent, strategic, and sharp-witted Senior Social Creative who sets the tone for scroll-stopping content across platforms. You anticipate trends, translate cultural moments into relevant and brand-aligned ideas, and guide your team to adapt and experiment across formats and platforms.
You understand what drives engagement on TikTok, Instagram, X, and other social channels, and can recommend the right platform mix based on campaign objectives and brand goals. You are hands-on but also lead others, mentoring your team to elevate copy, storytelling, and visual execution across campaigns.
You thrive in fast-moving environments, balancing creative craft with efficiency and performance insights. You confidently present and sell creative vision to clients, maintain organized inspiration boards, and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and high-quality output.

What You’ll Do

Creative Strategy & Platform Leadership – Set the creative strategy per platform and lead the team in adapting ideas based on what drives engagement. Recommend platform mix based on campaign objectives and brand goals
Trend Interpretation & Cultural Relevance – Lead how cultural and platform trends are interpreted and applied across campaigns. Translate fast-moving moments into brand-aligned content, knowing when to join conversations and when to sit out
Ideation & Campaign Concepting – Lead ideation sessions with writers, designers, and production teams; craft campaignable social platforms and high-performing one-offs
Voice & Storytelling – Own and elevate the brand voice across all channels, ensuring copy is as scroll-stopping as the creative idea itself. Mentor team members in strong writing and narrative techniques
Content Production Oversight – Oversee production across multiple formats and platforms, maintaining creative quality from concept to final cut while balancing craft, speed, and efficiency. Prototype content using tools like Open Art, Veo, CapCut, and Canva
Data-Informed Creative – Use social performance metrics to pitch smarter creative, brief media partners clearly, and incorporate insights into ideation without sacrificing authenticity
Team Mentorship & Inspiration – Maintain robust inspiration boards and reference libraries; use them to fuel concepts, mentor junior creatives, and elevate team output
Client Communication & Presentation – Lead client presentations, sell creative vision with confidence, and ensure alignment between creative output and brand objectives

What You’ll Bring

5 years of social-first creative experience with a proven track record of high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong cultural fluency and ability to translate trends into strategic, brand-aligned content
Experience leading ideation, experimentation, and production across formats, platforms, and teams
Expertise in short-form video, copywriting, visual storytelling, and digital design tools (Open Art, Veo, CapCut, Canva)
Data literacy: ability to interpret social metrics, incorporate insights into creative strategy, and link creative success to performance outcomes
Excellent client-facing presentation skills and ability to influence creative direction
Leadership and mentorship experience, guiding creative teams to produce elevated, high-impact work
