Speech-Language Pathologist Potosi, MO Specialty: Speech-Language Pathology Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2,190-$2,638 per week | Shift: 5x8 days; no weekends or call Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist ready to combine meaningful patient care with rehabilitation leadership? Do you have experience guiding a skilled nursing or long-term care rehab team? This travel opportunity offers a lighter clinical caseload alongside Director of Rehabilitation responsibilities, giving you the chance to support patient outcomes while helping a multidisciplinary team thrive. In this role, you'll provide speech-language pathology services and help coordinate the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation services. You'll attend morning and facility meetings, manage scheduling, and collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals and assistants.

Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team. Oversee and support compliance with PDPM processes. Help develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor clinical and financial performance metrics. Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and facility regulations. Hold an active Missouri license. Have at least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care rehabilitation setting.
