Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commerce Platform Support Lead to manage and support the Sana Commerce Cloud platform and its integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B e-commerce application support, platform administration, production troubleshooting, and ERP integrations.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP-integrated e-commerce platforms or business applications.
Hands-on experience with Sana Commerce Cloud, Sana Commerce, or a comparable B2B e-commerce platform.
Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce processes, including product catalogs, customer accounts, pricing, inventory, checkout, and order management.
Experience in L2/L3 production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Ability to manage configuration changes, testing, releases, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, middleware, authentication, data mapping, and integration monitoring.
Experience with complex pricing, discounts, trade agreements, or rebate management.
Familiarity with Flintfox pricing and rebate management solutions.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and application monitoring tools.
Sana Commerce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
