This position offers a blend of general accounting, financial reporting, and project cost management, along with opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation. Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities and projects
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
Prepare financial reports and analyze budget variances
Support AP, AR, payroll, and cash management activities
Assist with cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, and financing requests
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through technology and automation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
Interest in process improvement, technology, and automation
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
