Senior Superintendent – Mission Critical
Oversee overall field operations from ground-up construction through project completion.
Lead the field team, providing direction and support to Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.
Coordinate subcontractors, manage jobsite logistics, and drive schedule milestones across all trades.
Lead daily field meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings to keep teams aligned.
Plan ahead to resolve field challenges, manage sequencing, and prevent delays.
Set expectations for safety, quality, and accountability throughout the jobsite.

Senior Superintendent experience, or a strong track record as a lead Superintendent with a General Contractor

Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple subcontractors and scopes
A leader who develops others, takes ownership, and follows through
