BroadPeak Education is opening a network of professional learning centers across Pakistan. They offer certificate programs in management, entrepreneurship, franchise leadership and applied AI, on licensed curriculum from a leading US business school. They're built for the ambitious professional who wants to move up, the founder who wants to build, and the family that wants its next generation ready to lead.

We are hiring the leader who runs it in Pakistan. You will open our first two centers in 2027, starting in Lahore, and grow the network across the country. You run the whole business in Pakistan, report directly to US leadership, build your own team, and share in the value you create through equity participation in the Pakistan company and profit sharing.

BroadPeak Education brings US business school curriculum, a modern learning platform and recognized completion certificates to learners in Pakistan. Each center is a focused, modern place to learn, designed around one outcome: graduates who are measurably better at running a team, a business or a family enterprise.

THE ROLE

You own the business in Pakistan from day one. The curriculum, platform, brand and center design are in place. Your job is to bring them to life in Pakistan. You take it from site selection and the first lease to the first hire, the first enrolled learner and the first graduating cohort, and then you open the next center, and the next. You'll work closely with our Atlanta leadership team and run Pakistan as your own business.

YOUR FIRST 18 MONTHS

Open the Lahore center: site, lease, fit-out, registrations, systems and staffing. Then run the first cohorts.
Open the second center in a city agreed with Atlanta.
Build demand. Take the brand to market, run the enrollment engine and fill the first cohorts with individuals and families investing in their own growth.
Hit the operating numbers: enrollment, completion rates, price realization, learner outcomes and cost per center.
Build your team: academic, enrollment and marketing, operations, and the AI and engineering talent that supports delivery and the learning platform.
Turn graduates into the brand. Build alumni outcomes and referrals that bring in the next cohort. Employer partnerships follow from there.
Set up finance, compliance and reporting into Atlanta on a US standard.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Full P&L accountability: revenue, margin and cost per center, reported to US leadership.
Enrollment and brand: marketing, admissions, pricing and a learner experience that earns word of mouth.
Center openings and operations: opening and running centers across Pakistan to one consistent standard.
Academic quality and learner outcomes: programs delivered to a US standard that change careers.
Team building: from the first hire to a full center and head-office team.
Market presence: representing the brand with learners, families, employers, partners and regulators.

WHAT YOU BRING

Non-negotiable:

10+ years of senior leadership in Pakistan, with direct revenue and P&L accountability, not only delivery.
Multi-site operating experience: you have run a network of education or training locations, or a comparable multi-location consumer business.
Demand you built: you have grown enrollment or a paying customer base in Pakistan through a marketing, admissions or sales engine you led, at a premium price point.
Opening track record: you have opened new sites, built new teams and brought in first customers.
On-site in Lahore, with travel across Pakistan and periodically to Atlanta.

Ideal background:

Professional education, executive education, higher education or test prep.
Experience with a US-based or international education company, or with an overseas university partnership.
Franchise or multi-unit experience.
Digital marketing fluency and hands-on comfort with AI tools.

HOW YOU WORK

You build systems so every new center opens faster than the last.

OWNERSHIP & GROWTH

This is the senior leadership role for a US company in Pakistan, and the package reflects it. It combines equity participation in the Pakistan company and profit sharing tied to the network you build. The real upside is in the equity you help create.
