About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Technician with hands-on injection molding experience to support production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing injection molding processes to ensure product quality, production efficiency, and equipment reliability.

for qualified candidates who are willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

Set up, start up, and monitor injection molding machines and production processes.

Troubleshoot molding process issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

Perform mold changes, machine setups, and process parameter adjustments.

Identify and resolve molding defects, equipment issues, and production downtime.

Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent production output.

Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.

Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and established work instructions.

Maintain accurate production and process documentation.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with injection molding machines and processes is required.

Experience with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustments.

Knowledge of mold changes, molding defects, and process optimization is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, including first, second, or third shift.
