Overview Banquet Server (New Year's Eve/Day)New Year's Eve $700 + $12.30/hourNew Year's Day15 % Gratuity (around $150+) + $12.30/hourBonus: $100 if work both days A Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the Golden Nugget's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Performs all service and tasks as directed. Performs any other duties as assigned.
Previous banquet server experience required.
Good customer service and communication skills. Strong people skills and a well-groomed appearance
Must be able to obtain a Casino Registration License upon hire
