Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS (or similar WMS platforms) in a production environment
Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, data updates, troubleshooting); SSRS Reports experience
Ability to troubleshoot issues across application, database, and operational workflows
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume support model with competing priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams on Lead SCALE

Job Description
We are seeking a Manhattan SCALE WMS Analyst to join a growing Supply Chain Technology team supporting key customer environments. This role is heavily focused on production support/ development ticket resolution, and system optimization within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This resource will initially support a high-priority account and play a critical role in improving ticket turnaround times, with opportunity to expand into broader WMS initiatives and implementations over time.
• Provide production support for Manhattan SCALE WMS environments, primarily handling service requests and incident tickets
