Air Export Coordinator

Job Description

Serve as the primary liaison for both new and existing clients, ensuring seamless communication and support

Provide clients with competitive rate quotes, booking assistance, shipment coordination, and real-time tracking updates

Maintain consistent communication with clients and third-party partners regarding shipment status and logistics

Support business development by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Occasionally oversee cargo operations on-site to ensure proper handling and compliance

Professional office setting with standard equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.)

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; familiarity with air freight or cargo operations is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination

Basic math proficiency for rate calculations and logistics planning

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret instructions and solve operational challenges

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with documentation software is advantageous

Competitive Salary: 65,000 to 85,000
