Now, we’re looking to add an
Assistant Project Manager
to the team.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage role—you’ll be in the driver’s seat, building relationships, leading projects, and making real-time decisions that move work forward.
Build strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors
Strengthen partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers
Assist Project teams over multiple projects from kickoff through closeout
Navigate change orders, revisions, and evolving project needs
Help modernize and improve processes—including leveraging AI and new technologies
Day-to-Day Impact
Scheduling & manpower coordination
Assisting with change orders & billings
Equipment & material buyouts
Subcontractor management
RFIs & coordination drawings
Submittals & closeout
Commissioning, training, and turnover
Driving client satisfaction—and future opportunities

What We Offer
Competitive salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 DOE
