Must Have Qualifications:
Prior experience as a team lead and possess strong expertise in third-party risk management, information security, and operational risk, with advanced skills in spreadsheet formulas, Excel automation, and financial statement analysis; knowledge of SOC reviews (including SOC 1 Type 2), controls, and enhancements is essential.
IT risk experience including information security, data security and third party risk
Stakeholder management
Prepare SOP, training materials and program documentation
Top Skills: Team lead experience, IT Risk, SOC reporting, Stakeholder management, Excel
IT audit experience, Governance experience and exposure to model risk and model governance.
Coordinate team activities and contribute hands-on, working with the HM to determine stakeholder assignments.
Support divisional model capabilities and implementation plans; collaborate with first and second-line stakeholders. No model validation.
Support AI operations, including inventory management, user/owner inquiries, identifying red flags, and monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
Support SOC 2 Type 2 reviews of critical third-party suppliers, working with existing team members. Assist with the upcoming SOC 1 Type 2 review, including identifying the scope and supporting the review process.
Work with business stakeholders, technologists, and product owners on requirements for IT tools, enhancements, and system replacements.
Prepare SOPs, training materials, and program documentation.
Can interface between business and technical teams.
Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
Requirement gathering
Process/data flow design
Technical spec design
Business analysis
Defining project objectives
Feasibility analysis
Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Creating and documenting UAT test strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
Knowledge of manual and automation testing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Compensation: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour. This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillsets and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
