We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex electronics manufacturing programs in a global, multi-site environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, managing program performance from new product introduction through production and end-of-life. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and business partner who can balance customer expectations, operational execution, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and global manufacturing sites.
Manage customer relationships to support satisfaction, retention, growth, and successful program execution.
Oversee programs from New Product Introduction (NPI) through production and end-of-life.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and manufacturing.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, margins, pricing, profitability, schedules, and delivery commitments.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or electronics manufacturing preferred
Moderate to Strong understanding of MRP systems, supply chain processes, production planning, and customer program management
Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, risk, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Understand of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
Experience working with global teams, international customers, or multi-site manufacturing operations preferred
Work Environment
This position is office-based within a manufacturing setting and requires regular interaction with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and customer-facing teams. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required .
Compensatio n: Competitive salary based on experience. $50K to $100 K.
