About The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Drybar, you will play an integral role in helping our company grow. From helping to handle daily recruiting activities and the candidate experience, you will be pivotal in helping fuel the company for tomorrow's success.

Our Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with our Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and leadership teams to support the growth of our fast-paced organization. This role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for managing all interview scheduling and related logistics.

What You’ll Do

Clearly identify qualified candidates through sourcing & multi-channel efforts using different job boards
Manage all process steps including scheduling manager interviews/auditions, reference checks, drafting offer letters, and coordinating all new hire paperwork.
Identify key recruiting KPI’s, develop recruitment goals and objectives and be able to showcase /prepare progress reports.
Manage all interview scheduling
Update candidate records and manage interview coordination requests in ICIMS (ATS)
Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules
Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email
Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including identifying bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Greet candidates with poise and confidence, facilitate the onsite interview process, and ensure an excellent candidate experience

What You Bring

Previous experience scheduling or coordinating meetings or interviews, even as part of a broader role

· Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage shifting priorities and navigate ambiguity
Relentless attention to detail and accuracy
You’re a people person. You’ll interact with candidates, employees, vendors, and everyone in between.
Great team player but can also work well independently with limited guidance
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on providing good customer service and building strong relationships
Work in-person
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
Honesty, Integrity & Fairness. Respect for individual ability, creativity and diversity.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), discretion, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay range: $23 - $25 per hour
