Investment Banking Associate – Consumer & Retail | Mid-Market Investment Bank
We are partnering with a well-established mid-market investment bank looking to hire an Associate to join its growing Consumer & Retail Investment Banking team in New York City.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded advisory platform, working on M&A transactions across the Consumer & Retail sector, with significant deal exposure, direct interaction with senior bankers, and meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key
Execute M&A and strategic advisory transactions across the Consumer & Retail sector.
Develop and review detailed financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses.
Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
Work closely with senior bankers, corporate clients, and financial sponsors.
Support junior bankers and contribute to business development initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
Background at a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, or reputable mid-market investment bank.
Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a lean, execution-focused environment.
