Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Talent Acquisition Manager

to lead and manage recruiting efforts for a growing manufacturing company. This individual will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for both direct-hire and temporary staffing needs, supporting hourly and salaried positions across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Administration, and other departments.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.

Recruit for hourly and salaried positions across manufacturing, plant operations, and corporate functions.

Oversee both direct-hire recruiting and temporary staffing needs, partnering with external staffing agencies as needed.

Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job postings, and recruiting platforms.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.

Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Develop proactive recruiting strategies and talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and staffing performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried manufacturing personnel.

Strong understanding of direct-hire recruiting, temporary staffing, and staffing agency partnerships.

Experience managing ATS platforms, job boards, and candidate sourcing tools.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Previous recruiting leadership or talent acquisition management experience preferred.
