Job Description

Websouls seeks a skilled SEO Specialist in Lahore with 4‑5 years experience to lead on‑page, off‑page and technical campaigns.

Websouls is hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to work from its Lahore office, where the role will involve overseeing SEO initiatives for multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

Design and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.

Plan and manage paid guest‑post and link‑building campaigns.

Conduct technical SEO audits, fixing issues such as crawlability, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, and Core Web Vitals.

Apply semantic SEO techniques, including entity optimization, content clusters, and topical authority.

Utilize AEO, GEO and emerging AI‑focused optimization methods.

Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Who Should Apply

4–5 years of proven, hands‑on SEO experience.

Solid knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, technical and local SEO.

Experience with paid guest posts, outreach and link‑building.

Familiarity with semantic SEO, AEO, GEO and AI‑driven search trends.

Proficiency in keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor benchmarking.

Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet performance targets.
