Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to help manage daily warehouse activities, coordinate work assignments, and ensure accurate and timely receiving, picking, and shipping operations. Skills and Experience ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily warehouse assignments and prioritize workload. Schedule and track trailer movements between the yard and loading docks. Monitor outbound orders and product availability. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and order issues. Update warehouse systems and maintain accurate records. Communicate with warehouse teams, supervisors, and transportation partners. Support productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent relevant experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Warehouse management system (WMS) experience is a plus. Warehouse, transportation, dispatch, or manufacturing experience preferred.
