Job Description

Respond to inbound customer inquiries, with professionalism and urgency, via phone, email, and chat

Execute daily outbound calls to grow revenue and expand customer relationships

Build and maintain key account relationships

Assist customers in determining product needs and resolve all customer issues related to orders, delivery, billing or product questions

Prepare quotes, confirm pricing and availability, and follow up to close orders

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders

Enter, manage, and track customer orders accurately within the ERP system

3+ years of experience in industrial distribution, industrial manufacturing, or a related inside sales/customer service role

Experience handling inbound customer service in a distribution environment (phone, email, website)

Working knowledge of ERP systems for order entry and quoting

Comfort with outbound phone and email sales activity

Familiarity with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms

Working knowledge of compressor equipment and parts
