Job Description

Shipping and Office Support

Manage the receipt and shipment of customer equipment.

Inspect, log, pack, and prepare equipment for shipping and returns.

Process approximately 20 units in and out of the lab each week.

Handle and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Prepare repair quotes and coordinate customer approvals.

Coordinate repair billing and approvals with MQ Accounting.

Use QuickBooks, Windows-based programs, FedEx, and UPS shipping systems.

Communicate with customers by email regarding repair status and approvals.

Provide limited phone support, approximately 2 customer calls per day.

Maintain accurate equipment and shipping records.

Strong computer skills, including familiarity with QuickBooks and Windows-based programs.

Ability to learn and use shipping and tracking systems such as FedEx and UPS.

Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
