Shift: Night Shift - 9 hours between 6 PM and 6 AM

About the Role

TechoMatrix is looking for a results-driven International Sales Closer to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who understands international customers, can identify their requirements, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert opportunities into revenue.

You will primarily engage with US-based customers and manage sales opportunities from initial conversation through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with international prospects and customers, primarily from the US market .
Manage qualified, inbound, outbound, and campaign-generated sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct professional sales conversations through calls and digital communication channels.
Handle objections, negotiate confidently, and close deals .
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups through CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets .
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention.
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and closures.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of international sales experience
Proven experience dealing with US, UK, or other international customers
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong sales closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management systems
Experience working with sales and revenue KPIs
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills
Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Experience in B2C, consultative, high-ticket, campaign-based, digital service, or international online sales will be an advantage.
