Job Description
Kodestra is seeking a high-energy Online Sales Closer to join its on-site team in Rawalpindi. This full-time inside-sales role focuses on converting incoming warm leads through remote conversations and online pitch meetings. The position is office-based; no outdoor fieldwork is required.
You will guide prospective customers through the decision process, clearly present relevant offerings, address concerns, and close suitable opportunities. You will also maintain accurate records and coordinate handoffs so customers receive a consistent experience after the sale.
- Respond promptly to assigned warm leads and qualify prospects based on their needs and readiness.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and closing conversations over phone, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- Explain product or service value, answer questions, handle objections, and agree on appropriate next steps.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Record call outcomes, customer details, and deal progress accurately in the company’s tracking systems.
- Coordinate completed sales and customer handoffs with relevant internal teams.
- Work toward sales and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
Job Specification
- Demonstrated ability to close sales through phone or online meetings, ideally with warm or inbound leads.
- Confident verbal communication, active listening, and clear, persuasive presentation skills.
- Strong prospect qualification, needs discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and guide prospects toward informed purchasing decisions without high-pressure tactics.
- Comfort using video-conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet and managing professional phone calls.
- Accurate record-keeping and familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM systems, or similar lead-tracking tools.
- Target-oriented, organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple active prospects consistently.
- Professional conduct and readiness to work from Kodestra’s Rawalpindi office.
