We are a busy pediatric primary care practice with 2 office locations in rural/semi-rural Western New York looking for a full-time advanced practice provider to join our team at Stony Brook Pediatrics.

Seeing an average of 20-25 patients per day.
Responding to patient calls/messages within 24 hours
Building a full patient panel with support from administrative team
Collaborating with other providers throughout the clinical day
Orientation program customized to your needs, whether you’re a new provider or have years of pediatric experience
Provide training in use of EMR as well as managing the workflow of a busy office
Supportive MD team always available for APP clinical questions
In-house social worker/care manager and lactation consultant
Reach Out and Read program in place to help promote early literacy
Has a strong work ethic
Has a passion for caring for underserved patients often with complex social determinants of health
