Customer Training Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Training Specialist to help organize and manage customer training programs and educational events. The role involves coordinating in-person and virtual training sessions, preparing training materials, promoting events, managing registrations, and supporting customers and training partners.

You will work with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to plan training programs related to fiber optic networks, data centers, and carrier networks. You will also track attendance, maintain customer records, and ensure training events run smoothly and stay within budget.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or a similar role.

Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience with training coordination is preferred.

Basic knowledge of fiber optic networks is helpful.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, webinars, social media, or event management tools is a plus.
