Monday–Friday | Flexible Start Time (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM)

Are you a construction billing or accounts receivable professional who enjoys keeping projects moving, managing collections, and ensuring contract documentation is accurate and complete?

We're seeking a

Construction A/R Administrator

to support billing, collections, lien documentation, and project administration for a busy construction operation in the west valley.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Manage customer billing, invoicing, cash applications, and collections

✅ Prepare and track lien waivers, preliminary notices, and project documentation

✅ Set up new jobs and maintain accurate project records

✅ Process credit card payments and reconcile customer accounts

✅ Support AIA billing and customer platforms such as Textura and Procore

✅ Work closely with sales, operations, and customers to resolve billing and contract issues

What We're Looking For

2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experience

Construction industry experience strongly preferred

Experience with AIA billing, lien waivers, preliminary notices, or contract administration is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Intermediate Excel skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools
