Sanitary Solutions LLC is a family-owned business founded in Northeast Ohio in 2023. Our professional services include office, restaurant, industrial, manufacturing, window, and residential cleaning (including post-construction and move-out cleans).
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, Custodian with early morning and weekend availability to service our clients across Northeast Ohio. Can be part-time or full-time.
This role involves deep cleaning across various environments, including hard-to-reach areas and confined spaces.
The ideal candidate must have the physical stamina to meet rigorous ground-level cleaning demands and the ability to safely utilize basic elevation equipment. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.
Must be willing and able to travel to Kent, Streetsboro, Aurora, Twinsburg, Hudson, Akron, Green and Canton areas.
Requirements & Physical Demands
Availability: Must be available early mornings (5am/6am) and weekends.
Travel: Valid license & reliable vehicle required. Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes to/between jobsites in the designated service areas.
Gear: Must have a smartphone with cell service and wear non-slip shoes.
Kneeling & Agility: Must be able to crouch, kneel, and remain on hands and knees for up to 30 minutes at a time to clean tight, restricted spaces. Must be able to safely use a stepladder.
Stamina & Lifting: Physical stamina for repetitive tasks; must lift up to 50 lbs.
Clean and maintain designated areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and common areas
Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to complete assigned tasks
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
