Customer Service & Sales Support Representative!
We’re looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to support customer service, sales initiatives, order processing, and daily business operations.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Conducting customer follow-ups and supporting sales growth initiatives
Processing orders and completing data entry accurately
Assisting with product expos and trade shows, including event research, booth coordination, vendor services, and travel arrangements
Maintaining marketing materials and promotional inventory
Managing office supply purchasing and providing general administrative support
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical product environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is preferred
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
