We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a growing financial services team! This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Assist customers and internal teams with online and digital banking services.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts, transactions, and digital platforms.
Process account updates, service requests, and digital banking applications.
Monitor account activity and assist with identifying potential fraud or security concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
Support daily banking operations and contribute to process improvements.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in banking, financial services, technical support, or customer service preferred.
Familiarity with online banking platforms and digital financial services is a plus.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and security.
