Takmeel Square is seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman with strong multidisciplinary coordination skills to prepare accurate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting drawings for commercial construction projects.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant MEP drafting experience is required.
Applicants must demonstrate advanced AutoCAD proficiency and practical experience producing detailed HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting layouts.
The selected candidate will prepare coordinated MEP working drawings, incorporate design revisions, identify conflicts between building services and structural elements, and work closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve coordination issues.
Experience producing coordinated service layouts for ceilings, shafts, and other congested building areas is especially important.
Architectural drafting experience without demonstrable MEP drafting and coordination work does not satisfy this position's technical requirements.
Mandatory application evidence: Submit an updated CV, two non-confidential or redacted MEP drawing samples personally prepared, details of relevant building projects, and a brief example of a coordination issue resolved.
Shortlisted applicants will undergo a practical MEP drawing-coordination assessment.
