Sales Development Representative
to join their expanding U.S. team.
This is an opportunity to break into a high-performing B2B sales environment, working closely with senior sales leaders and learning how to generate revenue within the pharmaceutical and medical device sector. You'll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and exposure to the full sales cycle, making it an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales.

$60,000 base
OTE:
$100,000+ (uncapped)
Commission:
Uncapped earning potential

Working Pattern:
Office-based, 5 days per week
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified meetings, and helping drive new business growth across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting and engaging new clients through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach
Booking qualified meetings for senior sales professionals
Learning and implementing a proven B2B sales process
Researching target accounts, markets and industry trends
Supporting the wider sales team throughout the sales cycle
Working towards activity and revenue-based targets
Building expertise within the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors
What We're Looking For
Highly motivated and ambitious individuals
Positive, resilient and coachable attitude
Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone
Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or phone-based experience is advantageous but not essential
