IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Drive the company’s revenue growth by formulating and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the performance of the sales sales team to achieve revenue targets.

This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in telecom and ICT, exceptional leadership skills, people management skills and a proven track record of achieving targets in highly competitive markets

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

1. Business Leadership & Execution:

Translate corporate sales strategy into territory execution plans, achieve revenue and profitability targets, build and maintain a 2× qualified pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM visibility.
Maintain gross margin discipline, oversee pricing and deal approvals, monitor receivables and collections, and ensure all commercial investments and business cases meet profitability and ROI objectives.
Build and manage strategic customer relationships, develop account growth plans, improve retention and customer satisfaction, and drive cross-sell, upsell, and market expansion opportunities.

4. Sales Operations & Territory Management :

Manage territory planning, customer segmentation, quota allocation, CRM governance, forecasting accuracy, and customer credit-risk compliance to support effective sales execution.

5. People Leadership & Capability Development :

Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams through performance management, succession planning, capability building, employee engagement, and a culture of ethics and accountability.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to develop customer-centric solutions, support go-to-market initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and maintain governance and compliance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL.

Qualification

Minimum Bachelors in engineering ,computer science or business administration. Masters in CS, Business Administration or Engineering Degree would be preferred.
15+ years of relevant experience in SMB Sales and the related domain.
