Pay Range: $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all of the compensation matters in their client organizations, including: Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Audit.
Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop and manage compensation across the established client group
Establishing governance and effectiveness of compensation programs
Designing and supporting regulatory efforts
Deploying market intelligence strategy
Working with the compensation team to review compensation policies and practices
Delivering training to HR and managers on compensation philosophy and programs Leading strategic projects while also managing routine activities
Executing the annual compensation planning process
Performing ad hoc analysis to support business needs Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships with leaders across the organization
Key Requirements and Technology
Must have skills:
Compensation / Total Rewards Experience, Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation,
Compensation Analysis / Excel & Data Analytics
9 years
of experience in compensation in larger scale organizations or as a consultant with a large organization
Ability to design and develop compensation policy and governance
Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
Ability and confidence to advise senior leaders
High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Knowledge of FLSA and other applicable laws
Professional certifications a plus
