Company Description
LTT Partners is a full-service technology partner focused on delivering tailored, end-to-end solutions that help businesses succeed. Since 2018, the company has supported organizations across the United States in navigating a rapidly changing technology landscape. LTT Partners provides expert strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing support across key technology domains. Team members collaborate closely with clients to solve complex challenges and drive sustainable growth through technology-enabled innovation.
We run lean and take our work seriously. Our primary vendor partners include Verkada and Meter. We're boots-on-the-ground installers with real project complexity, real subcontractors, and real client relationships to manage.
Role Description
We're hiring a Projects Division Manager to lead our team of Technical Project Managers and own our bid process from plan review through award. You'll be the senior technical voice on every estimate we submit, and accountable for how those projects perform once they're won.
Bids and Project Management are the heart of this role. We need someone who can read a spec book and a drawing set, build the takeoff, and put a credentialed name behind the design.
Year-one success looks like: bids going out on time with margin built in, TPMs running projects to budget with clean closeouts, a repeatable estimate-to-install handoff, and a win rate we track and improve.
Own bid reviews and estimating
Lead/Manage takeoffs and estimates for cameras, access control, networking, structured cabling, and fire alarm scopes from drawings and specifications
Build labor units, material pricing, and subcontractor quotes into bids that protect margin
Review and stamp designs under your NICET credential where required, and support AHJ submittals and permits
Run calls with sales and leadership, and manage the bid calendar so nothing goes out late
Partner with sales on pre-sale site walks, scope definition, and client presentations
Lead the project team
Manage, coach, and hold accountable a team of four Technical Project Managers
Assign projects based on capacity, geography, and skill set
Run weekly project reviews covering schedule, budget, change orders, and risk
Hire and onboard as the division grows
Oversee project delivery
Own division-level performance: estimated vs. actual cost, margin, and schedule across all active projects
Approve change orders and major purchases, and step in on client escalations
Ensure clean closeout across the board: punch lists, as-builts, documentation, and warranty handoff
Build the division
Standardize the estimating template, estimate-to-PM handoff, and closeout process
Feed actual job costs back into labor units so every bid gets sharper than the last
Report division results to leadership with clear, honest numbers
Track record of building takeoffs and bids from drawings and specs, including labor units, materials, and subcontractor pricing
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Program Management experience to oversee portfolios, align projects with business goals, and manage interdependencies.
Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, optimize resources, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Communication abilities to lead meetings, present updates to stakeholders, and foster clear collaboration across teams.
Experience in technology or IT services environments, with familiarity in end-to-end solution delivery.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, coaching, and performance feedback.
Based in the Portland or Bend, OR area, with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel regionally
Background in a small or mid-size contractor environment
PMP or equivalent certification
NICET Level II or Level III certification (Fire Alarm Systems strongly preferred). Candidates holding NICET II or III will be prioritized. If you're NICET II and working toward III, we want to hear from you.
