Job Description

Organization Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and final-year students to gain practical experience in financial management, accounting processes, and organizational compliance within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.

Support data entry and record management in accounting systems and Excel.

Assist in the preparation and verification of payment vouchers and financial documents.

Support bank, petty cash, and expense reconciliations.

Assist in preparing financial reports and expenditure summaries.

Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial records.

Support audit preparation and compliance-related activities.

Coordinate with relevant departments for financial documentation and approvals.

Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.

Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
