We’re partnering with an established architecture firm in New York City seeking a Job Captain to join its team. The firm works with nationally recognized brands on retail, restaurant, and commercial projects, with an emphasis on long-term client relationships and thoughtful project execution.
This opportunity is ideal for an architectural professional who enjoys technical problem-solving, takes pride in well-coordinated drawings, and wants to take greater ownership of projects.
The Role
Develop space plans, construction drawings, and architectural details.
Coordinate architectural documents with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.
Prepare accurate, coordinated drawing packages for permitting, bidding, and construction.
Incorporate feedback from clients, landlords, and reviewing agencies.
Support construction administration, including RFIs, drawing revisions, and site reports.
Manage assigned deliverables across multiple projects and deadlines.
Degree in architecture.
Strong AutoCAD proficiency.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
