Electrical Superintendent
I am currently representing a leading national electrical contractor experiencing significant growth across the Western U.S. The organization has a strong and expanding backlog of major mission-critical, data center, commercial, and industrial projects, with opportunities across
Nevada, Utah, California, Virginia and Texas
The contractor has established a strong reputation for delivering some of the
largest and most complex construction projects in the industry , with project values reaching into the hundreds of millions and, in some cases, approaching the billion-dollar range.
Leading day-to-day field operations on major construction projects
Managing large field teams, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors
Coordinating manpower, sequencing, logistics, and site operations
Driving project schedules and maintaining critical milestones
Managing subcontractor performance and field productivity
Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Enforcing site safety policies and procedures
Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership
This role is suited to a
hands-on, field-driven Superintendent
who has experience leading major projects and is comfortable operating in a high-pressure, schedule-driven environment.
Ideal Background
Strong
mission-critical / data center
experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
Strong safety and quality-control background
Ability to work on projects in
Nevada and/or Utah
